In the city, in nature, through the ages, or from within… love is everywhere. This Valentine’s Day, we showcase the beautiful work of our photographers, about love. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Cherrydeck Editorial Team challenged our creative photographers to capture Love<\/em> through their lenses \u2013 and share with us what it means to them. Love is in the air at our community today, get inspired by these gorgeous pictures \u2013 fitting for this lovely day of the year. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

We celebrate this Valentine’s Day by highlighting our photographers’ outstanding work about Love<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I love taking pictures of people, people being people naturally, effortlessly and candidly. I believe some pictures speak for themselves and express by shouting a feeling.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

This image shows the love for nature and the importance of understanding how necessary it is to preserve it. It has been taken in the spanish Pyren\u00e9es mountains during a summer climbing trip with a couple of friends who I share this love with.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

 I am the love of my life<\/h5>\n\n\n\n

“Once upon a time I would have thought of the phrase “I am the love of my life” as a very selfish and somewhat silly concept, like those phrases I used to read on tumblr when I was 12 years old. However, when I think of all those times when I put myself on the back burner to meet another person’s desires I want to slap myself in the face, and, at the same time, give myself a caress. How frustrating is that cage where “compromise” actually means “sacrifice”. How trivial it seems, but how wonderful, when everything comes easy. By concentrating on the desires of others, I have gradually cut off a little piece of myself, until I have deconstructed myself. Who is Sofia? What does she want in her life? When there is something left of you that others have unwrapped a little at a time, leaving you full of holes and gaps, you can’t offer much, except availability. The one with me is the greatest love story of my life. Without me, the complete me, there is no story.”<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
