In “Deconstructed Objects”, Branislav and Aleksandra<\/em><\/a> <\/em>have been satisfying their viewers curiosity with unconventional versions of decoupled items — repurposing what was once one’s waste into a piece of art.<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

Life and creative partners from Belgrade, Serbia, Branislav and Aleksandra<\/a> are the creative duo that forms Studio Krokodil. Together they have been presenting broken and outdated objects as harmonious floating pieces of art. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The series “Deconstructed Objects” grabs your eye whether you’re interested in how things work, are a geek for collection items or simply a fan of beautiful still life photography.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I’ve always been interested in how things work. In this still life photo series I try not to just make compelling, eye candy photos, but to really get inside of the objects of interest and show what are they made of. <\/p>Branislav<\/cite><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n

These objects are usually found in flea markets or someone’s basement, broken and outdated. I give them new purpose by making them into floating pieces of art. The whole process is very enjoyable for me: collecting, disassembling and shooting the objects, especially the editing part feels so therapeutic.<\/p>Branislav<\/cite><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n
