The assignment
Schaebens is a german skincare brand and market leader, popular for their high-quality face masks. They wanted product images of their products for social media and other marketing purposes.
Consequently, they tried Cherrydeck Branded Stock to source the needed assets in a quick, cost-effective, and stress-free way.
The process
The first step was for the brand to submit a brief and their brand photography guidelines, alongside a moodboard. Based on this, Cherrydeck was in charge of finding the right photographers for the assignment.
Then, Schaebens sent out an assortment of their popular skincare products to be shot by our photographers, and shortly waited for results. They needed no shot planning, and had no budget commitments.
The results
After a couple of weeks, the brand received a custom image library with more than 400 images featuring their variety of face masks and eye pads in fitting environments and compositions.
From all the pictures delivered, Schaebens could choose their favorites and pay only for this selection. After the first purchase, both selected and non-selected pictures remained stored in the brand’s private content marketplace and accessible for one year.
Following this experience, Schaebens is now using the Branded Stock service to create different custom photography libraries to depict their wide range of products. You can already spot some of the images on the brand’s Instagram account.
