People are my favorite subjects to capture. Especially in parties. Parties, alcohol, let us live as if no one was watching, which is the  dream of any spontaneous photographer. I spent the night knowing these people enough to be close to their soul when I took these pictures, as if we came together.

Last night requiem

As an excessively empathic person, I felt deeply connected to my ancestors’ past while walking on their path. France still is very affected by WWI and WWII, and as a colonel great-grand-daughter, travelling to see History with my own look was a necessary step in my development as a human being.
