Being a photographer that mainly work with female figures, I find it extremly important to express the 'feminist' and 'body positivity' to my audience. Growing up in Vietnam with Asian background, beauty standards of mine has changed drastically coming to Germany. I wanted to employ an idea that people from different appearances, skin colors and backgrounds could have their own charm and unique in their own ways. Also, i wanted to challenge myself getting rid of the idea of 'the male gaze' in modern time.
