Event photographer needed for an Annual Gala in Tallinn

We are seeking an experienced event photographer to document the upcoming Annual Gala. This black-tie event is scheduled for December 10th, 2024, from 19:00 to 01:00 in Tallinn, Estonia. The event will gather approximately 160 staff members for an evening of formal ceremonies, speeches, awards, and an informal celebration with food, drinks, and entertainment. The photographer will be responsible for capturing the evening's highlights, including both formal and informal moments, ensuring that all significant aspects of the event are documented for the company's archives and future use.

Must be located in Tallinn, Estonia. Capability to customize photo prints with logos and themed backdrops. Experience in event photography, particularly in formal and corporate settings. Flexibility to accommodate any last-minute changes in schedule or venue.
