Event photographer/videographer in Helsinki

The client hosts a company offsite Tuesday, June 6th - Thursday, June 8th in Helsinki. They are looking for someone who can help to video record some of the speaker sessions as well as possibly take photos and headshots. For the videos: 1-2 cameras on stands, plus wearable microphone for the speaker(s). There will be around six 45-minute "classroom style" speaker sessions that they would like recorded. Raw footage is fine, they are willing to edit it themselves. Footage may be used for marketing or recruiting purposes. Some B-roll footage would be nice, but not necessary. For the photos: 10-20 candid photos of the event and people. 1 group photo with everyone. Headshots of each person for profile pictures if time and budget permits.
