Lifestyle-inspired interior shoot for two London flats

The client is looking for a professional interior photographer to capture two compact, high-end rental flats in central London. The goal is to create warm, aspirational images that combine clean architectural photography with subtle, natural lifestyle storytelling, moving slightly away from traditional Airbnb photography. The photography style should be bright, clean and natural, with an editorial feel. Minimal use of flash or artificial lighting is preferred. The photos must include subtle lifestyle touches suggesting guest presence, and an emphasis on how a guest might enjoy and use the space: cozy, comfortable, inviting. A variety of props will be provided, as well as a shot list. Deliverables: - 20–30 fully edited, high-resolution images per flat - Consistent color grading and editing across both flats - Commercial usage rights (for website, listing platforms, marketing, and social media) - Image delivery within 7–10 working days from shoot. The shoot will be scheduled within the next 2–3 weeks (flexible). It will likely take 1 full day or 2 half-days, depending on natural light and site logistics.
