Two-Day Event Shoot at Slush – Helsinki, Locals Only

We’re looking for a Helsinki-based photographer to capture an exhibitor booth at Slush on November 18–19 at Messukeskus Helsinki, Expo and Convention Centre.

The shoot will cover two sessions, combining clean, high-quality booth photography with candid coverage of visitors, conversations and the event atmosphere: Wednesday, November 18, 7:30am–12:30pm: Capture the stand and setup, including wide shots and key details. Thursday, November 19, 2pm–7pm: Photograph the stand in full flow, capturing visitors, interactions and the atmosphere into the evening. A quick turnaround is essential: 10 selected, edited images delivered on the day for immediate use, followed by the remaining edited images within 24–48 hours after the event.
