Aurelija was born in Vilnius, Lithuania. After graduating from school, she has moved to Cambridge where her artistic explorations have started to grow. Later, she lived in Edinburgh, where Aurelija continued to form her photography style alongside studying neuroscience. She has traveled in Africa, Asia and Europe exploring new cultures and looking for unique shots. The characteristic blueprint of Aurelija’s work is the unity between the subject, its emotions and the surroundings, creating an atmospheric portrait. The artist is particularly keen on color development which becomes an important part of the narrative.
