Anais Stupka

Anais Stupka is a Georgian- Italian multimedia artist that grew up in 10 different parts of the world and is currently based in between New York, Milan and Tbilisi. Her career began when she began the youngest winner in history of the Sony World Photography awards and what influenced her work was the versatility of the countries in which she lived in, the diversity of beauty, the diversity of social standards and norms, and actively trying to give voice to to those who hadn't been reached out to, “I am engaged with politics in a way where I feel like I can change the course of history as opposed to being a part of it”. Now her work has evolved keeping the same core and roots of activism, however trying to guide her subjects to a place of gratitude, love, stillness and presence. She hopes to give the feeling of unconditional love to her subjects that translates through her images because to her love is” to find yourself in the other”.
