André Peniche

I'm a Director, Cinematographer and Still Photographer for 23 years, based in Helsinki. I started in 1999 as a still photographer. Throughout the years, I have established a solid profile of my own work. I don't focus on a single or few subjects but try to float around as many as possible and be as versatile as I can. In 2008, I started to expand my work to film. In 2009, I directed my first music video and was nominated for MTV's Video Music Awards Brazil in the "video of the year" category. Then, I started working as making-of for the largest film companies and directors in Brazil and at the same time, continued directing music videos, documentaries, TV shows for VH1 and Arte 1 channel (Brazil) and branded content. Throughout the years I have worked with many clients, including General Motors, Renault, Fiat, Mitsubishi, Toyota, Brahma/Ambev, Skol, Cerveza Sol, Universal Music, Deck Music, Coca-Cola, Johnson & Johnson, Nestle, VH1, IFood, SKY (TV company), Santander Bank, Itau Bank, Bradesco Bank, Ipiranga, Petrobras, Vivo (phone company), Claro (phone company) and more.
