Hello, I’m Lisa, a multi-skilled freelance creative with over 10 years’ experience working with a variety of clients and sectors worldwide. Drawn to art and design from a young age, I’ve always been energised by expressing my creative side. After gaining my BA Art History, I started my creative career working in PR / communications roles for London’s Design Museum and Ravensbourne University. My work enabled me to witness and photograph some amazing projects (and even meet some famous people!), but I wanted to be more hands-on with design. So in 2011 I started working as a Design Assistant, and a year later I qualified with an MA in Graphic Design. I worked in-house for 4 years, then made the move to full-time freelance in 2016. In 2020 I continued to grow my skills in product and brand photography, and am working with a number of small businesses in homeware, beauty, toys and sustainable products. My experience to date enables me to view my work as part of a bigger story. It’s not just about making something that looks “good” – it’s the content, brand values, company mission, tone of voice (plus the spelling and grammar!). Each project I undertake allows me to pull together all these elements to clarify your core messages, tell your story, and invite others to become part of it.
