Darko Petrovski

I was born in Skopje, Republic of North Macedonia in 1977. In 2002 I become a member of the Photo club “Elema” from Skopje and since that I actively exhibit my works. In 2006 I was elected President of the same photo club. In 2008, 2010 and 2012 I was the Salon Chairman of the International Biennial Exhibition “Photomedia”, organized by the Photo club “Elema”. From 2008 I teach Photography at NOVA International Schools. In 2009 I was elected Secretary of the Photo Association of Macedonia and I carried out that function till 2015. My first photo exhibition took place in Culture Center “Tocka” in 2005 and ever since I constantly participate in major domestic and many international photo exhibitions. From 2006 one of my photographs is regularly part of the Macedonian Collection for the FIAP’s Black and White Biennial. In 2011 I was awarded the title I Class Photographer from the Photo Association of Macedonia. Currently, I work as a Macedonian language teacher and a Photography teacher at NOVA International Schools in Skopje.
