Dario Sanchez is an Italian-Israeli documentary photographer who has always been committed to the theme of identity and the border. In 2014 he moved to Israel, and since then he lives and carries out his projects between Rome and Jerusalem.
He did his military service as a military photographer in the IDF and after his release he collaborated with Flash90, the main Israeli photographic newsagency.
Nowadays he realizes his documentary projects in total autonomy, and since 2017 is a student at the faculty of Photography and Communication of the Hadassah Academic College.
His photographs and reportages have been published in numerous international magazines and newspapers, including “Corriere della Sera”, “Il Messaggero”, “ANSA”, “Times Of Israel” and many others.
In 2020, in the middle of the Coronavirus pandemic, he co-founded the international project AntiVirus.Gallery with the historian and art critic Barbara Martusciello.
