Drina’s work in the art of food and beverage
culture is inspirational and internationally recognized. In 2015 she was awarded a Pink Lady Food Photography category award for her image of a squid hunting a mackerel where she competed with over 8,000 globally renowned photographers; and once again was seen as a finalist in 2017. Her body of work was also celebrated in Vejle, Denmark at the Food Photo Awards in 2018; and in 2021 her recognition was furthered at the IPA- International Food Photography Awards for her creative piece on Architecture of Food. Having expertise with both day-light and studio photography, Drina is versatile and loves a challenge. She knows how to make
the light work for her in a manner that make images hum visual poetry. Her background in film production for over a decade can be seen with her in-depth knowledge on lighting.
