Duran Levinson is a South African artist who emerged from the crucible that is Cape Town. His love affair with cinema began in his childhood, a rebellious spark igniting dreams of crafting music videos and working with his favorite artists. In his teenage years, Duran plunged into the world of Hollywood cinema, starting from the bottom rung and clawing his way up the ladder, ending up as part of an Emmy award winning VFX team on the series "Black Sails" Duran has worked on films such as : Black Panther, Resident Evil, The Dark Tower and many, many more. Before the world hit pause, Duran set fire to the Photography scene in Shanghai, where he lived & worked. He left his mark, having some of his images go viral on Social Media. His work has been featured in over 200+ websites and in print , including Vogue Spain, Le Petit Voyeur, and many more. Duran isn't just a wanderer; he's an explorer. In 2020, he made Berlin his hometown, a city known for its gritty edge, the perfect backdrop for his work. Since moving to Berlin, Duran has worked and toured with many musicians, working as their "in-house" Creative Director and collaborator. He has been rubbing shoulders with Grammy-winning renegades and capturing the electrifying energy of some of Europe's wildest festivals. Duran's true essence pulses as a Director. He's an "all-in-one" Unicorn and the brains behind brand campaigns for the likes of Adidas, Nike, Otto, Deichmann, Puma, Barmer, Coca-Cola, Calvin Klein, Kappa, and many, many more.
