Evangelos Papapostolou

My name is Evangelos Papapostolou. I am a 22 year old photographer, located in Greece. After studying Photography for three years at Middlesex University of London, I gained the degree of Bachelor of Arts in Photography in 2021. A few words on my background: As I stated earlier, I studied Photography for three years. During those years, I accepted numerous jobs as an Assistant Photographer and Camera Operator Assistant. Near the end of my studies, I was able to work as a Lead Photographer in numerous Fashion and Beauty Photoshoots in cooperation with Fashion Designers and Makeup Artists. My first exhibition was located in the famous Brickworks Museum ‘Tsalapata’ in Greece, which is well-known for hosting Art and Photography exhibitions. After that, my work was shown in numerous Photography exhibitions, which were organized by my University. Some of my photographs were also accepted by the ‚Museum of Photography‘ in Thessaloniki, Greece, and will be exhibited there in the near future. I had my first ever publication in the Magazine ‚Playboy Greece, The Senses Issue‘, a Holiday Special Issue from December 2019. Another publication of mine was printed in ‘Travel’ Magazine, which comes with the most famous newspaper in Greece ‘Kathimerini’. It contained a photograph from a Wildlife series I created in 2020, called ‘The Darkest Hours’. The photograph is accompanied by a review of mine, in which I explain the urgent meaning of the series. My passion for Nature and Wild Life motivated me to become a Photographer. During my studies I also developed a high interest in Fashion Photography and Fine Art Photography.
