Jerald specializes in the deliberate, meditative art of 8x10 and 4x5 large format photography. Using what he colloquially calls the "A view camera"—a nod to the raw, grounded, and physical nature of these massive bellows cameras—he creates images that possess a depth, detail, and "organic" feel that digital sensors simply cannot replicate.
