At the age of 24, Jean-Marc decides to enroll in an art school in Switzerland, where he studied photography for four years. Having graduated as a photographer, he decided to try his luck in London. Very quickly his portfolio has excellent feedbacks and his meeting with a retiring photographer gives him the opportunity to take over his studio and create the company “LightZoo”, a concept combining photography / fine art prints / design / collaboration with other photographers. These first published works will be portraits of politicians then footballers and actors. Later he signed contracts with various magazines in the music and fashion world, he also produced CD album covers as well as advertising and design campaigns. 15 years later for family reasons he was forced to leave everything and move to Glasgow and later to Manchester. The opportunity then arises for him to work in cinema and television production, where he will acquire experience as a set decorator. However during his free time he will remain faithful to photography and exhibit in different galleries in the UK. Now living in the south of France, he is co-founder and director of the Osez Josephine photo studio, where he works as a full time photographer.
