Liliia Kucher

I am a photographer from Ukraine, currently based in Portugal. I graduated with Distinction from the University of the Arts London, and since then I'm working as a freelance photographer. I mainly work with portraiture and event photography. My work has been recognised by several international awards: I received Special mention at Art Vue Foundation 2022 Yearly Prize (2023), I was awarded the 3rd place in "Saramago através da lente" awards by Center for Portuguese Language in Novi Sad and Festival Belgrade Photo Month, with the support of the Embassy of Portugal in Belgrade and Camões Institute (2022), I won the Ancestry photo competition by Where the Leaves Fall magazine (2022), I was a nominee for Aesthetica's The Next Generation Award (2021), I was shortlisted for the Bartur Photo Award (2021), and I was a finalist for the Friend-Ship (2019) and This-Ability (2018) Photography Awards. I'm available throughout Europe. I'm open for collaboration, and I'll be happy to photograph your creative projects and special moments.
