Lucy Plato Clark is a photographer who never stopped playing dress up.
Her photography blends her passion for adorning and embellishing the body with the lifelong inspiration she’s drawn from the forested landscapes of her childhood home in western North Carolina.
She received her BFA in contemporary Jewellery from Alchimia School in Florence, Italy. Throughout the course of her studies, she found herself drawn less toward crafting pieces that last forever and more toward dressing and capturing the human form in the spontaneous and impermanent adornments of nature.
Lucy currently resides in Florence, where she works in collaboration with many artists from a variety of disciplines, photographing their work with her own concepts. Her Works have been published in Vogue Chile, Shots Magazine, Marika Magazine and have been exhibited across the united states and Europe.
