MACAMI ..

I’m Macami, photographer and creative producer based in Sydney, working across fashion, music, arts, and culture. My work blends cinematic storytelling with strong visual direction, creating imagery that feels emotionally rich, immersive, and visually striking. Inspired by colour, atmosphere, cinema, and surrealism, I’m drawn to building worlds that balance artistic expression with contemporary fashion and commercial storytelling. I work across editorial, campaign, press, and artist photography, collaborating closely with brands, musicians, designers, magazines, and creative teams from concept development through to final delivery. Over the past few years, I’ve worked with brands and organisations including Canon Australia, Netflix Australia, Adobe, and MusicNSW, while also building DRAFT. Magazine, an independent platform focused on fashion, music, and contemporary creative culture. Alongside image-making, I’m passionate about creative community and collaboration, regularly organising events, panels, workshops, and independent projects that bring creatives together and encourage experimentation, connection, and knowledge-sharing.
