My name is Mariana Charme, I was born in Venezuela on December 8, 1998. n 2011 I moved to Portugal, where I studied and where I currently live.
I studied Letters and Humanities during high school. Then I attended Fashion Design and Tailoring at Modatex Porto. In 2019 I started the Professional Photography course at the Portuguese Institute of Photography.
I try to combine my passion for fashion with my photographic projects. I like to create complex visual narratives with a lot of work at the production level, and many of my images have behind them a large base of references and symbologies, staged actions, clothes thought to detail and a scenario that adapts to the idealized concept. Other areas that I also like to explore are documentary photography and cinema.
