Mark Harrison
London, UK
Business & Corporate | People & Lifestyle | Editorial & Documentary
Over 30 years of capturing the great, the good (and the just plain odd), has given Mark a body of work of portraits of some of the most significant individuals you could ever want to meet. He has photographed for magazines, TV & film, advertising, publishers and brands.
He has been shouted at, had people laugh (and cry) and occasionally squeeze him with joy. Although people are nice, he often get asked 'who was really difficult?'
Spending his life shooting unusual portraits of talented arresting individuals still gives Mark a kick. He can sometimes be found shooting pictures in tight corners of hotel rooms, ceilings of studios, or even attached to the side of an aeroplane. Notably, Mark even found himself walking into Buckingham Palace a few years back asking, "So why am I here and whom am I photographing?" (for the infamous Newsnight/Prince Andrew interview). NOW-shortlisted for the Sony Awards 2024 and winner of Creativepool 2024 Photography.
