Mary Stuart

I was born in Rome 33years ago I studied at The Roman school of photography. I'm not the kind of "maniac" photographer that knows everything technical or historical about photography. I studied analog photography, film development, dark room and so on but I choose digital photography as my favorite media. I’m a contemporary art, architecture and portrait photographer and my works are deeply bound with the world of movies and American neorealism paintings. I've done several exhibitions in Rome, Biennale di Venezia, Naples, Milan and London and during the last year I was one of the finalists of Celeste Prize. This year I was selected among thousands of people as one of the 12 contestant of the first edition of Sky Arts Master Of Photography hosted by Isabella Rosellini with the participation of great Oliviero Toscani, Bruce Gilden, David LaChapelle and others.
