Matthew Ward

Whilst most of my experience lies in outdoor and adventure, I’m a photographer at heart and am passionate about my work no matter the subject. I have ability and experience in a wide range of photographic genres, including Adventure, Landscape, Documentary, Expedition, Automotive, Exterior & Interior, Product and Portraits. I’m also a CAA Approved Drone Pilot and able to perform commercial aerial photography and video operations. My approach to photography is centred on capturing the experience and story of the subject. Honest and real emotion lie at the core of the work I produce, and I strive for genuine images that have an understanding beyond just the sum of their parts. With my background in Graphic Design I have deep understanding of brand identity, advertising, web and print design, which helps me to build an informed and considered approach to the briefs I work on. Perfectly at home in the outdoors, I am experienced in hiking, camping, climbing, wind, rain, snow, sun and stars. I’m always looking for the next adventure, and love building new relationships.
