Nora Schwarz (1991) is a German photographer and artist living in Hamburg and Hanover. Her work often deals with current social issues and reflects on the beauty and self-determination of the individual.
Nora's pictures tell of the interaction between people and their environment. In doing so, she explores themes such as identity, emotional challenges, self-determination, body awareness, movement and relationships of all kinds. She is always trying out new creative approaches, whereby it is important to her to work together with the protagonists and to reflect cultural diversity.
Her work has been exhibited several times and published in the Frankfurter Allgemeine Zeitung. Nora is currently studying photojournalism and documentary photography in Hanover. She is a member of the Fotobus Society.
In addition to realising long-term freelance projects, she works on commission and is available for assignments.
