NUMBERS is an art project at the junction of classical art, digital, and fashion, which was designed by me — Sofia Weinstein, former advertising creator — and my talented team. It was exclusively for the shoot that I designed and made a full fashion collection that will never be sold. Photos and videos of models donning NUMBERS are juxtaposed with classical paintings, transforming utilitarian advertising images into standalone art objects. The typical perishable fashion product is deconstructed until it loses its original meaning — and interwoven with priceless and timeless museum heritage. It is Priceless Fashion x Priceless Masterpieces. Photos and videos of a non-existent brand emerge as a homage to classical painting — dismantled, rethought, and newly relevant in the modern context. This union gives birth to novel units of meaning and an endless number of stories — ironic, subtle, delicate, sad, deep and superficial, ordinary and exaltedly romantic, just like the media space and reality that surround us.
