Paulo Goulart was born in São Miguel Island (Azores, Portugal). When he was very young, he began to be interested in photography. For this reason, he decided to move to Lisbon when he was twenty-six years old (in 1999). There, he started his photography studies in Ar.Co - Centro de Arte & Comunicação Visual. When this period as student was finished, he started to develop his work as assistant for photographers with consolidated trajectories, both nationally and internationally, in architecture and fashion photography areas.
At the beginning of 2010 he started a new professional side as scene photographer for TVI; then, around five years later, he developed the same job for SIC television channel.
Actually, he is engaged in architecture and fashion photography, apart from destining some works to travels and architecture magazines.
