Rockcorn Photography is the way I, Paloma de la Fuente, see the world. I was born in Madrid, where I graduated in Communication and Audiovisual Media. From a very young age, I discovered in photography the language to express myself and tell stories. Soon my passion for capturing images at concerts began. For a while, I traveled from festival to festival catching stories from the front rows, getting little sleep, and rushing through the first three songs without flash. Then came theatre and performances. And I understood that art can transform the reality around us. During the last few years, I called such disparate places as Italy, the United States, and Poland home, to finally find my place in Berlin, Germany. Here I have found the inspiration to develop my own project. Currently, I am in the process of writing a series, as well as setting up my own audiovisual company. I like to work on gender issues, migration, feminism, integration. As well as combining analog and digital images. I look for a personal look through editing, and I try to learn about it in a self-taught way every day. Life and art are a continuous evolution. Equipment: I own a Fujifilm XT-4 with a 16-80mm f/4 lens, and several analog cameras. I use mostly a Canon EOS 500N and a Fuji Instax Mini 90. I record with a Zhiyun WEEBILL-S gimbal. Also, I have a Studio Set of lights and backgrounds.
