Rowan Kirkland

I am a self taught photographer, from Leicestershire. I took up a camera after struggling through college and not knowing what to do with my life. In my final year I was diagnosed with adhd and eventually aspergers. When I take photos it is a way for me to express my thoughts and emotions through the frame of a camera. It gives me hope that I can find something in life that people will appreciate and enjoy, so I love to photograph people and animals. I know that I have a lot more to give to society than the me right now and I'm going to improve and produce artwork that proves people like me have something to offer.
