Sara Ghazi-Tabatabai

Sara Ghazi-Tabatababai is a german iranian born photographer based in Paris. After studying fashion design at Studio Berçot she worked with Hermes, Kenzo, Yonedah Kazuko and GR816. Quickly she realised her passion for creating images and became a fashion editor and fashion stylist for more than 10 years. She worked with Vogue, Vogue Bambini, Jalouse, Biba, View on Color, InView, Studio Edelkoort, Cosmopolitan, Paper... For several years she was french correspondant and contributing fashion editor for Paper magazine New York for whom she also interviewed young and established designers and wrote other articles around fashion. She was also styling for advertising clients in Europe and the USA. Sara enjoyed participating on photo shoots e.g. with Francesca Sorrenti and Karl Lagerfeld. By watching the photographers she was working with her interest in photography grew more and more that she took the camera herself in 2000 to shoot her first editorial. Sara contributed as a photographer to Tank, Studio Edelkoort, Provider, Shower, Hint, 20ans, Razor Red, NoFake, Steidl,… In October 2018 she showcased her first solo exhibition in Paris IRAN XL with about fifty images from her photos from Iran.
