Simon Songhurst is one of London’s leading beauty and hair photographers, Simon has shot advertising campaigns and editorials for the likes of Marks & Spencer, L’Oreal, Rimmel, Lancôme, Dove, Wella, All Saints & Peroni..to name just a few. He is well known for his technically skilled lighting, studio work and highly creative approach to imagery. Simon works very closely with clients to achieve their desired result, no matter how large or small the project may be. Now dividing his time between studio shoots and location work which has taken him around the world, from the Seychelles and The Caribbean to Dubai, New York, Australia and even Easter Island. More recently adopting filmmaking and directing into his workflow, Simon can now offer this alongside his stills expertise. Having shot various films now for Peroni, Wella, 111SKIN, Face Gym and Face Theory he’s proud to now call himself a Filmmaker. Simon can produce, direct & shoot all his own work.. This can be anything from Fashion or beauty films through to hair & make-up tutorials.
