Ulrike Meutzner

My name is Ulrike. I am a photographer based in Bern (CH) and at Lake Constance (DE). I document people, moments and places in search of their essence. Therefor, I strive to create a feeling of closeness and connectedness with my pictures. With my background as a professional graphic designer, I have an eye for color and balanced compositions. I had the pleasure to work for well-known publications such as “Das Magazin”, “WWF-Magazin”, “Style” magazine and “NZZ Campus”. My clients include Sennheiser, Raffinerie AG, Linck Keramik, Orris Paris, Munarq Architects, Sagitta and MP Denmark. For me, photography is a way of communicating, of processing and exploring things. It taught me to perceive things differently and to observe the light - how it changes during the day and that nothing beats warm evening light. Photography showed me that there is always a different perspective. I love the simple moments and see the beautiful in everyday life.
