Benjamin Kaufmann is a London-based photographer working across skin, beauty, and the close-up. Trained as a graphic designer in Germany before completing his MA at Central Saint Martins, he's spent over 20 years on one rule: get it right in camera — light and craft precise enough that retouching becomes optional rather than the point. Clients include L'Oréal, Maybelline New York, Smashbox, The Body Shop, PRAI Beauty, iiaa, Unilever, Merck, and Porsche, with editorial work in Vogue, Elle, Grazia, Marie Claire, Tatler, and Sunday Times Style. His longest client relationship is now in its 15th year. He scales easily from a first-time model to a full production, working directly with brands and agencies and delivering stills, video, and content packages. He works fluently in English, German, and Spanish, having lived in the UK, Germany, and Spain. Outside commercial work, he dedicates time to documentary projects for charitable causes.
