Growing up in Cape Town, South Africa, Carl Holman (b. 1994) is an interdisciplinary photographer and image-maker whose work explores themes of social identity and cultural change. Since working as a professional photographer, he has worked with clients such as TEDx, VICE, GQ Magazine & Canon South Africa.
The inspiration for Carl’s work comes from real people and the ever-changing world. In 2022, he decided to embark on a new set of challenges in his work and moved to Amsterdam, Netherlands. He is currently based between Amsterdam and Cape Town, but is available worldwide.
