Growing up in Cape Town, South Africa, Carl Holman (b. 1994) is an interdisciplinary photographer and image-maker whose work explores themes of social identity and cultural change. The inspiration for Carl’s work comes from real people and the changing world. Since graduating with a BA in Communications in 2016, Carl has been working as a professional photographer with clients like TEDx, VICE, and GQ. In 2024, Carl was selected for Fresh Eyes Vol. 2 and exhibited a collection of his work at Haute Photographie in Amsterdam.
